Cancellation
All cancellations must be done prior to any services being completed and/or deployed. Once creative artwork has begun and submitted for creation a $350 cancel fee will be required upon cancellation. You may cancel at any time during the setup phase as long as no services have been rendered, and receive a 100% refund.
Refund
You have 24 hours to receive a refund in the event no services have been rendered. After 24 hours, all sales are final. A refund can only be submitted if no services have been rendered after a 24 hour period and may not exceed 30 days.
